    Visit a Retail Store

    Bring the item to any Challenger retail outlet across Singapore for a physical inspection by our customer service team.

    Resolution

    Once the defect is verified, we will facilitate a 1-to-1 exchange for the same model or provide a store credit refund if the item is out of stock.
